Our website takes every customer seriously, so your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Please open the parcel in the presence of courier when your parcel arrives and double check and make sure that the wig is what you ordered from us and all the information match. In order to make sure if the WIG fits on you well, please put it on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the wig.In order to settle each dispute much easier and faster, please provide some pictures which are real and accurate to prove that it is our fault to make the mistake if you would like a refund, partial refund or return. Please be noted that no return or refund is acceptable without getting our permission, we will give you a corresponding answer when your problem has been verified and confirmed.
All items must be in new condition, items cannot be tried on and cannot be worn, with all original packaging and tags attached.
All items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
If the return reasons are caused by you after you receive the wig, sorry to say that you need to pay 50% of the cost of the wig and the postage for both sides.
If the return reasons are caused by us, we will do compensations for you or return the money back to you, depend on what you like.
We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a wig for your needs, and our cancellation policy was created with bearing this in mind. However, it is important to note that our wigs are made to order, and once the tailoring process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time for you to change your mind. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
1. Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders canceled after 24 hours, or after we have finished the producing, sorry to say that we will charge 40% of the cost of the wig as the material fee.
3. Orders canceled after we have posted to you, sorry to say that we will charge 50% of the cost of the wig for the material fee and the postage.
I received my shipment but one of the items is broken, missing or wrong item sent. What do I do?
Generally speaking. All the items are checked to be well before the delivery. If it is the wrong item, you can contact us to make sure it. If so, we will send the right item to you to exchange the wrong item. If what happens due to the delivery, I suggest you to contact the Courier companies. All the items we gave them are well.
